The MMS - Marathi Mandal Switzerland (www.marathimandal-switzerland.com) is a non-profit organization which has about 150 members. It is a registered with Zurich Chamber of Commerce (“Handelskammer Zürich” Registration No. CH 020.6.001.048–2)

MMS currently organizes various cultural events yearly and brings well known artists from Maharashtra to perform at these events. Dilip Prabhawalkar, Prashant Damle, Sudhir Gadgil, Shruti Sadolikar and Makrand Anaspure are among the few artists that have performed for MMS.

The main event is the Ganesh Chathurti where people from all over Switzerland meet and perform
