 EMS 2010 registrations are now CLOSED.
The delegates will pay a flat fee which will cover hotel accommodation, meals and the entertainment program during the entire event.
Children availing of discounted rates are expected to be staying in the room of their parents.
Please note that the normal rate of the standard rooms is CHF 455/day. If you are planning to extend your stay by a few more days you can avail of the special discounted rate negotiated by EMS2010.

Delegates without Accommodation:
This option is available to persons who will not be staying at the Swissotel, mainly the Swiss residents who live in the vicinity. The delegate fees will include the entire entertainment program and tea/coffee, snacks, dinner on all the days.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made up to 31st May 2010 will be charged 20% of the delegate fees. All cancellations after this date will be 50% of the delegate fees. No cancellations can be made after 1st July 2010.
Site Seeing Tour (Optional):

This site seeing tour will include a boat ride on the lake of Zurich and will include an authentic Swiss lunch. Please book early as we have only 200 places on the boat.
